As a City & Guilds Professional Dog Groomer with over 10 years of experience working with dogs, I offer a mobile and personal service bringing my mobile salon to your front door. I work on a one-to-one basis, which means your dog receives my full attention throughout their appointment, without the noise, rush or pressure of a busy high street salon.
I understand that every dog is unique. Some don't mind being groomed, while others may become a little anxious and unsettled in a grooming environment. I take my time to get to know each dog and adapt my grooming skills around their temperament, coat condition and owner preferences. Patience, care and attention to detail are at the heart of everything I do.
My mobile dog grooming service is suited to all breeds as well as dogs who benefit from a quieter experience. I use high quality, modern grooming equipment such as a hydrobath, along with premium shampoos and conditioners, which are selected based on your dogs coat type and underlying skin condition.

Yes. Bridge & Bark is a City & Guilds Level 3 qualified dog groomer, with professional training in dog grooming, handling, welfare and safe grooming practices. Your dog’s safety, comfort and welfare are always my priority.
Yes. The grooming van needs to be connected to a standard domestic electricity supply at your property. I will need access to a suitable outdoor electrical socket using my own extension equipment. If you're unsure whether your electricity supply is suitable, please contact me before booking.
Ideally, the van should be parked on your driveway or suitable private parking area, as close to your property as reasonably possible. There needs to be enough space to safely park and operate the grooming van, with suitable access around the vehicle. If you don't have a driveway, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether there is a suitable alternative parking location.
No. Your dog can remain safely inside your home until I am ready to collect them for their grooming appointment. I will let you know when I am ready for your dog.
I recommend that an owner or responsible adult is available at the property for the appointment, particularly when your dog is being groomed for the first time. If you have specific circumstances you'd like to discuss, please contact me before booking.
Yes, we can assess matted coats and discuss the safest grooming option with you. However, the welfare of your dog always comes first. Severe or extensive matting may need to be clipped rather than brushed out, as attempting to remove tight matting can cause discomfort, pain or injury.
We will always discuss the condition of your dog's coat and the available options with you before proceeding.
Yes. Older dogs can often benefit from regular professional grooming, but they may need additional care and consideration. I will take your dog's age, mobility, comfort and individual needs into account throughout the grooming process.
Please tell me about any known medical conditions, mobility issues, allergies, skin conditions or other medical related illnesses when booking. While grooming can be carried out for many dogs with medical needs, I may need to adapt the service accordingly, which I’ll discuss with you.
Please make sure your dog has had the opportunity to go to the toilet before their appointment however, your dog does not require a big walk beforehand. A gentle 15 minute walk before a groom is adequate, a dog needs its energy to help support them during the grooming process.
I understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. My cancellation policy will apply, and details will be provided when you book.
